In addition to 1:1 sessions, I host private group workshops, rejuvenating retreats, and customized sound bath or meditation experiences for both personal and corporate settings. While my heart is especially called to serve women over 40—who often carry the weight of caring for everyone but themselves—my services are open and welcoming to all.
