    • …and why do we seek it? Is it fitness and nutrition? Losing weight? Being healthy, wealthy or happy? Can we get it through yoga and meditation, or buy it from a company? Does our doctor have a panacea pill for it? Why can’t there just be an instruction manual?
    Wellness, or being well, is a broad topic partly covered by science and medicine, as well as the esoteric. PranaTanya is dedicated to putting together information and community to help you understand what wellness is for YOU and move you forward on your own wellness journey.
